摘　　要：在项目工作室中,应用导师制模式和学长制模式是当代教育的重要创新举措,导师制模式和学长制模式相辅相成、互相支持。通过熟知教育方针、教学规律的导师对项目工作室的指导以及通过学长制营造融洽和谐的伙伴氛围,以此提升工作室成员的积极性和创造性,获得更好的实施效果。The application of tutorial system model and senior system model in the project studio is an important innovative measure of contemporary education.Tutorial system model and senior system model complement each other and support each other.The guidance by tutors who are familiar with educational policies and teaching laws to the project studio and the harmonious partner atmosphere created through the senior system help to improve the enthusiasm and creativity of studio members more effectively.
