摘　　要：对于一类中立型积分微分方程,利用线性系统指数型二分性理论和压缩映射原理,得到了该方程的概周期解存在且唯一的一组充分性条件.Based on the theory of exponential dichotomies of linear system and fixed point theorem,we obtain the sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of almost periodic solutions for a class of neutral integro-differential equations.
