The Effect of Work-family Conflicts of Female Teachers in Elementary and Secondary Schools on Marriage Burnout:the Moderating Effect of Psychological Detachment

摘  要:研究旨在考察中小学女教师工作家庭冲突与婚姻倦怠的关系以及心理脱离的调节作用。采用工作家庭冲突量表、婚姻倦怠量表和心理脱离量表对319名中小学女教师进行测量,结果发现:(1)婚龄在11~20年和教龄在16~20年的中小学女教师婚姻倦怠感较高;(2)初中女教师的婚姻倦怠感高于高中女教师;(3)心理脱离在工作家庭冲突对婚姻倦怠的影响中起调节作用。This study aims to examine the correlation between work-family conflicts and marriage burnout of female teachers in elementary and secondary schools,and the moderating effect of psychological detachment.In this study,319 female teachers in elementary and secondary schools were surveyed by using Work Interference Family Scale,Marriage Burnout Scale,and Psychological Detachment Scale.The results show that:(1)The female teachers with 11-20 years of marriage and 16-20 years of teaching experience have higher marriage burnout.(2)The marriage burnout of female teachers in junior high schools is higher than that of them in senior high schools.(3)Psychological detachment plays a moderating role in the influence of work-family conflicts on marital burnout.
