摘  要:为进一步提升学生的综合素质,全方位立德树人,南方医科大学中医药学院探索了专业教师兼职辅导员的方法。文章介绍了专业教师兼职辅导员的遴选与考核,兼职辅导员以主题班会、网络交互、小型会议、谈心交流等形式开展工作,增强学生专业认同感,加强班风级风建设,培养科研素养,把握思想动态。兼职辅导员一方面凭借专业优势,加强对学生专业学习的指导;另一方面重视思政教育,努力培养德才兼备的中医学人才。In order to further improve the comprehensive quality of students and cultivate talents in an all-round way,the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southern Medical University has explored the method of part-time counselors for professional teachers.This paper introduces the selection and assessment of part-time counselors for professional teachers.Part-time counselors work in the form of thematic class meetings,network interaction,small-scale meetings,heart-to-heart talks and other forms to enhance students’professional identity,strengthen the construction of class atmosphere,cultivate scientific research literacy and grasp ideological trends.On the one hand,part-time counselors rely on their professional advantages to strengthen the guidance of students’professional learning;on the other hand,they attach importance to ideological and political education,and strive to cultivate traditional Chinese medicine talents with both ability and political integrity.
