摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法联合情景演练在实习护生入科医院感染与预防控制培训中的应用价值。方法将该院2019年1月—2020年1月80名入科医院感染与预防控制培训实习护生,用双盲随机法分两组,各40名。对照组给予传统方法实习培训,研究组实施案例教学法联合情景演练。比较两组对实习培训工作的满意度、入科医院感染与预防控制培训护理技能考试成绩、医院感染预防和控制理论知识考核成绩。结果对研究组对实习培训工作的满意度高于对照组,入科医院感染与预防控制培训护理技能考试成绩、医院感染预防和控制理论知识考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对入科医院感染与预防控制培训实习护生实施案例教学法联合情景演练效果确切,可提高入科医院感染与预防控制培训实习护生的理论以及护理技能掌握水平,提高其对实习培训方法的满意度,有利于实习护生提高实习成绩,并为日后的工作打好基础。Objective To explore the application value of case teaching method combined scenario drill in the training of hospital infection and prevention and control of interns for nursing students.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 nursing trainees admitted to the hospital for nosocomial infection and prevention and control training were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization,with 40 in each group.The control group was given practice training with traditional methods,and the study group implemented case-based teaching method combined with scenario exercises.Compared the two groups'satisfaction with the internship training,the results of the nursing skills examination in the hospital infection and prevention and control training,and the knowledge assessment results of the nosocomial infection prevention and control theory.Results The study group's satisfaction with practical training was higher than that of the control group,the scores of the nursing skills examination for admission to hospital infection and prevention and control training,and the knowledge assessment of hospital infection prevention and control theory were higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of case-based teaching method combined with scenario exercises implemented by nurses admitted to hospital infection and prevention and control training is definite,which can improve the theory and nursing skills of nurses who enter hospital infection and prevention and control training,increasing their satisfaction with internship training methods will help interns to better improve their internship performance and lay a solid foundation for future work.
