摘  要:以“餐饮美学”课程思政教学为例,首先以课程教学目标的设计为起点,对“餐饮美学”课程的教学目标进行细分;其次,从“美育为媒,以美育德,以美育人”和“因势利导,向美而行,致知力行”两个方面,结合具体知识点的教学示例,论述专业课程教学思政元素的挖掘及其教学融入的方式和方法,以期为旅游餐饮、烹饪类高等职业院校专业课程教学和课程思政教育提供有益的参考。With the realization of the curriculum teaching goal as the focus and the discipline education as the foothold,this paper takes the teaching of catering aesthetics as an example.Firstly,taking the design of the curriculum teaching goal as the starting point,it accurately grasps the direction and focus of the curriculum ideological and political education,and subdivides the teaching goal of catering aesthetics;Second,from the two aspects of“aesthetic education as the medium,aesthetic education of morality and aesthetic education of people”and“making good use of the situation,acting towards beauty,knowing and acting”,combined with the teaching examples of specific knowledge points,this paper discusses the mining of curriculum ideological and political elements and the ways of teaching integration.It provides a useful reference for professional course teaching and ideological and political education in tourism,catering and cooking higher vocational colleges.
