摘　　要：经过十年发展,广州中医药大学中药学硕士专业学位研究生招生规模迅速扩大,生源质量稳中有升,但学位授予总体规模偏小。实践创新能力是中药学专业学位研究生培养重点,“两段式、双导师”是中药学专业学位培养最有效途径,高新科技企业是中药学专业学位培养的主要阵地和坚定力量。After ten years of development,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has rapidly expanded the enrollment scale of postgraduates with a master s degree in Chinese medicine,and the quality of students has steadily been improved,but the overall scale of degree conferring is relatively small.Practical and innovative ability is the key point in the training of postgraduates in the professional degree of Chinese medicine.“Two-stage&double tutor”is the most effective way to train the professional degree of Chinese medicine.
