高职院校劳动教育的现状与实施着力点

摘　　要：高职院校的大学生多数为"00后",普遍缺乏吃苦耐劳的精神,存在铺张浪费等现象,制约了高职教育培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才教育目标的实现。文章从高职院校劳动教育开展的现状着手,剖析劳动教育存在的问题,提出劳动教育应融入高职院校大学生学校、生活和社会实践全过程,真正实现高职院校立德树人的时代使命。The majority of vocational college students are "post-2000 s generation",generally lack the spirit of hard work.There are extravagance and other phenomena,which restrict the realization of the goal of vocational education to cultivate high-quality workers and technical talents.Starting from the current situation of "labor education" in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the existing problems of "labor education",and puts forward that "labor education" should be integrated into the whole process of vocational college students’ school,life and social practice,so as to truly realize the era mission of moral education in higher vocational colleges.
