摘 要:校外教育是教育体系的重要组成部分,是学校教育的有力补充,是培养学生全面发展的重要途径。参加校外教育活动,有利于提升学生的才能,发展爱好特长,树立理想信念,充实精神生活,培养领导力,提高学生综合素质。校外教育机构和学校在组,织校外教育活动时,要兼顾活动的自愿性、多样性和灵活性,明确活动目的,规划活动内容,确保活动安全,让校外教育为学生德智体美劳全面发展赋能。After-school education is a vital part of the education system,a powerful supplement to school education,and an important way to cultivate students'all-round development.Participating in after-school educational activities is conducive to enhancing students'talents,developing their hobbies and specialties,establishing ideals and beliefs,enriching their spiritual life,enhancing the ability of leadership,and improving the overall capabilities.When after-school activities are organized,institutions and schools must take into account the voluntary participation,diversity and flexibility of these activities,clarify their purposes,well organize the contents,and ensure students'safety,making their contributions to the all-round development of students'virtue,intelligence,physical fitness,and aesthetic.
