摘　　要：阐述利用学校与企业的资源,双方有效合作的双赢培养模式,结合自动化课程教学的实例,开展产教融合的工程实践平台建设,从而理论结合实际,满足企业对人才的需求。This paper expounds the win-win training mode of effective cooperation between schools and enterprises, and carries out the construction of engineering practice platform integrating industry and education in combination with the example of automation course teaching, so as to combine theory with practice and meet the needs of enterprises for talents.
