数字媒体艺术产教结合的工作室制教学实践创新研究

摘　　要：为适应高校发展定位的应用型人才及其人才培养模式,该文以数字媒体艺术专业为例,分析工作室制教学模式的定位、组织形式,结合“工作室”教学模式在宿迁学院数字媒体艺术专业实践教学中的成功运用。用实践表明,工作室制的人才培养教学模式能够有效地利用产教结合形式建立良好的产学研结构体系。它的建立是达成产教合作机制的突破口和途径,也是学生实践和实训的新平台,是加强学生与社会和企业之间沟通的桥梁。In order to adapt to the development orientation of applied talents and talent training mode in Colleges and universities,this paper takes digital media art major as an example,analyzes the orientation and organization form of studio teaching mode,and combines with the successful application of"studio"teaching mode in the practical teaching of digital media art major in Suqian University.The practice shows that the teaching mode of studio system can effectively use the combination of production and teaching to establish a good structure system of production,teaching and research.Its establishment is the breakthrough and way to achieve the cooperation mechanism of industry and education.It is also a new platform for students'practice and training,and a bridge to strengthen the communication between students and society and enterprises.
