基于产教融合的高职工匠型人才培养研究——基于湖州职院的“两院三核”工匠型人才培养模式分析

摘　　要：当前,高职院校的人才培养尚不能很好地满足新型制造业的需求,存在培养模式陈旧、工匠型人才培养不足等问题。湖州职业技术学院(简称湖州职院)深化产教融合,在平台构建、培养路径、校企协同、共培共育等方面进行工匠型人才培养的创新和探索,为高职院校培养工匠型人才提供了可资借鉴的经验。At present,the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges can not well meet the needs of new manufacturing industry,and there are problems such as outdated cultivation mode and insufficient cultivation of craftsman talents.Huzhou Vocational and Technological College deepens the integration of industry and education,innovates and explores the cultivation of craftsman-type talents in the aspects of platform construction,training path,school-enterprise cooperation,joint training and co-education,and provides referential experiences for the cultivation of craftsman talents in higher vocational colleges.
