摘 要:党和国家提出支持高水平综合大学开展教师教育,而事实上这类大学参与教师教育的积极性并不高。为此,本文对世界一流大学参与教师教育的特征进行分析,以期为我国高水平大学参与教师教育提供借鉴。研究发现,世界一流大学参与教师教育表现出历史经验的丰富性、教育目标的卓越性、教育研究的突破性、人才培养的特色性、参与范围的全球性等特征。我国世界一流大学建设高校应该结合基础教育转型、教师教育与教育学科发展需求以及大学自身发展实际,积极参与教师教育。The state proposed to support top universities to carry out teacher education,but the universities’desire to participate in teacher education is low.In order to provide reference which how to participate in teacher education for Chinese top universities,this paper analyzes the characteristics of participating in teacher education of world-class universities.It is found that the participation in teacher education in world-class universities shows the richness of historical experience,the excellence of educational objectives,the breakthrough of educational research,the characteristics of personnel training,and the global participation scope.According to the requirement of the new era,such as the transformation of basic education,the development of educational disciplines,and top universities’situation,Chinese top universities should actively participate in teacher education.
