摘　　要：能力范式是一种全新的、与应用型大学相适应的教育教学理念,齐鲁师范学院在能力范式理念的引领下,不断深化教育教学改革,在各方面都取得了令人瞩目的成绩。在总结成功经验的基础上,持续深化教育教学改革,探索能力范式教育教学新路径,助推学校事业全面发展。The capability paradigm is a new education and teaching concept which is compatible with applied universities. Under the guidance of the capability paradigm, Qilu Normal University has deepened the reform of education and teaching continuously and has achieved remarkable achievements in all aspects. On the basis of summing up the successful experience, we will continue to deepen the reform of education and teaching, explore new education and teaching ways of capability paradigm, and promote the overall development of the school.
