摘　　要：高职院校管理主体视角下,以学生校外实习安全教育校企合作为研究对象,探讨高职院校实习安全教育实施的主体关系,基于高职院校与实习单位的实习安全教育合作关系、管理关系、社会法律关系等不同层面,厘清安全教育实施主体角色、责任以及功能。基于高职学生实习安全教育校企合作协调机制理论,构建以实践需求为主导、以法律制度为保障、以高职院校为主体、以企业合作为依托的四位一体的高职学生实习安全教育合作协调机制,并提出应用策略。From the perspective of the management subject of higher vocational colleges, this paper takes the cooperation between school and enterprise as the research object, firstly, it discusses the subject relationship of the implementation of the safety education of practice in higher vocational colleges, based on the cooperative relationship, management relationship and social legal relationship between higher vocational college and enterprise, the roles, responsibilities and functions of the implementing subjects of safety education are clarified. The Second is about the research on the higher vocational student practice safety education school-enterprise cooperation and coordination mechanism theoretical framework construction. Constructing the four-in-one cooperation and coordination mechanism of safety education in practice for students in higher vocational colleges, which is guided by practical needs, guaranteed by legal system, dominated by higher vocational college and supported by enterprise cooperation. Finally, the application strategies and suggestions of the four-in-one practical project design are brought up, which are based on the demand of practice,the guarantee of legal system, the main body of higher vocational college and the cooperation of enterprise.
