摘  要:以人工智能为代表的第四次科技革命将重构产业结构和经济形态,严重冲击职业院校的就业,倒逼职教师资人才培养模式改革。文章分析了人工智能对传统产业的影响,并进一步剖析了由此导致的对技能型、应用型人才以及职教师资人才需求的变化。在此基础上,从培养目标、专业设置、课程体系、课程内容、教学方法、评价方法等六个方面,探索职教师资培养模式的改革方向和实施路径,可为人工智能背景下的职教师资教学改革提供积极有益的借鉴。The industrial structure and economic form are reconstructed by the fourth technological revolution, which is represented by Artificial Intelligence. The employment of vocational education will be impacted seriously, and the personnel-training mode of vocational education teachers will be forced to reform. In this paper, the influence of Artificial Intelligence on traditional industry was analyzed. Then, the resulting changes in demand for skilled applied talents and vocational teachers. On this basis, the reform direction and implementation path of the vocational teacher training model were explored from the six aspects of training objectives, professional settings, curriculum system,curriculum content, teaching methods, and evaluation methods. A positive and beneficial reference for the teaching reform of vocational teachers under the background of artificial intelligence could be provided by this paper.
