摘 要:内科学是一门理论学习向临床实践过渡的课程,具有理论与实践结合紧密、学习难度大等特点,而混合式教学是将线上线下教学相结合的一种教学模式,可以充分发挥学生自主学习的能力。文章尝试性地将线上线下混合式教学法应用到内科学的教学实践中,线上教学通过网络或手机APP呈现,线下教学引导学生探究分析,教师讲解指导,采用形成性考核与终结性考核相结合的方式,以期提高学生自主学习能力和课程的教学效果。混合式教学法能有效提高学生自主学习的积极性,有利于学生临床思维的构建。Internal medicine is a transitional course from theoretical learning to clinical practice.It has the characteristics of close combination of theory and practice and great learning difficulty.Hybrid teaching is a teaching mode combining online and offline teaching,which can give full play to students’autonomous learning.This paper attempts to apply the hybrid teaching method to the teaching of medical record training of internal medicine.Before or after class,students are arranged to study independently through network or mobile app program,students are guided to explore and analyze in class,teachers are given specific guidance,and the combination of formative assessment and summative assessment is adopted in order to improve students’autonomous learning ability and the teaching effect of the course.Blended teaching method can effectively improve students’enthusiasm for autonomous learning and is conducive to the construction of students’clinical thinking.Hybrid teaching method can effectively improve students’enthusiasm for autonomous learning and is conducive to the construction of students’clinical thinking.
