何以为师——管窥《礼记·学记》之教师素质观

摘　　要：教师承担着培育担当民族复兴大任时代新人的重任,是实现文化强国、教育强国和人才强国的主力军。建设一支高素质的教师队伍对人才培养、民族和谐和国家繁荣发展都有重大意义。将我国第一部教育学专著《礼记·学记》为研究对象,通过文本分析,对《学记》中阐述的教师素质分别从知识素养、教学能力和育人能力进行了较为详细的解读。Teachers bear the important task of cultivating newcomers who will take on the great task of national rejuvenation,and they are the main force in achieving a strong country by culture,education and talent.Building a team of high-quality teachers is of great significance to talent training,national harmony and national prosperity and development.This research takes my country’s first pedagogy monograph The Book of Rites·Xue Ji as the research object.Through text analysis,the teacher quality described in Xue Ji is divided into three dimensions:knowledge literacy,teaching ability and educating ability.A more detailed interpretation was made.
