摘  要:分析化学是一门跨学科、综合性较强的课程,需要构建多元化混合式教学模式,提高学生综合素质。但现阶段,由于认识不到位,各类教学资源配置不合理,造成分析化学基层教学组织职能错位、教师失位、协调保障机制缺位等情况,致使分析化学的任课教师的知识供给与学生的现实诉求不匹配、教学质量欠佳。因此,应结合社会需要和学生实际诉求,调整培养目标,合理配置教育资源,完善教学运转模式,健全保障机制,促进教师教学成长与学生全面发展,全方位、综合提高教学质量。Analytical Chemistry is an interdisciplinary and comprehensive course,which needs to build a diversified and mixed teaching mode to improve students’comprehensive quality.However,at the present stage,due to inadequate understanding and unreasonable allocation of various teaching resources,the functions of substrate teaching organization of Analytical Chemistry are misplaced,teachers are out of position,and coordination and guarantee mechanism is absent,resulting in the mismatch between the knowledge supply of teachers in analytical chemistry and the practical demands of students,and poor teaching quality.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust training objectives,rationally allocate educational resources,improve teaching operation mode and guarantee mechanism,promote teachers’teaching growth and students’overall development,and comprehensively improve teaching quality according to social needs and students’actual demands.
