摘  要:沙棘是地球上最古老的植物之一,因其营养成份全面、充分和均衡,被世界卫生组织誉为二十一世纪最佳营养保健品。鉴于沙棘独特的营养成分和保健效果,我们在对沙棘进行深加工的基础上,开发出沙棘红啤酒,深受消费者的喜爱和欢迎,本文就工坊工坊沙棘红啤酒的工艺选择、过程控制进行了论述。Seabuckthorn is one of the oldest plants on the earth.Because of its comprehensive,sufficient and balanced nutritional components,it is praised by the World Health Organization as the best nutritional health product in the 21st century.In view of the unique nutritional components and health care effects of Seabuckthorn,we developed Seabuckthorn red beer on the basis of deep processing of Seabuckthorn,which was deeply loved and welcomed by consumers.This paper discussed the process selection and process control of craft brewing Seabuckthorn red beer in Craft Beer Brewery.
