高职院校汽车专业教学改革策略探讨

摘　　要：本文将对高职院校汽车专业教学中的常见问题加以探讨和分析,指出互联网资源应用不合理,投入的资金资源较少,未能及时更新软硬件设施,教师采用的教学方法不够先进合理等现象普遍存在,严重影响到了人才培养工作效果,学生在校所学知识与企业岗位需求脱节,就业竞争力不强,难以得到企业青睐。在此基础上提出几点教学改革策略,希望能够扭转学生的学习态度,提高学生的学习积极性,顺利达成教学目标,强化汽车专业人才培养成效,从而为行业输送更多优秀人才,给汽车行业的创新发展提供人才方面的有力保障。This paper will discuss and analyze the common problems in the teaching of automobile specialty in higher vocational colleges,and point out that the application of internet resources is unreasonable,the invested capital resources are less,the software and hardware facilities are not updated in time,and the teaching methods adopted by teachers are not advanced and reasonable,which seriously affect the effect of talent training.Besides,students’ knowledge in school is divorced from the job demand of enterprises,and their employment competitiveness is not strong,which is difficult to be favored by enterprises.On this basis,this paper puts forward some teaching reform strategies,hoping to reverse students’ learning attitude,improve students’ learning enthusiasm,successfully achieve teaching objectives,and strengthen the training effect of automobile professionals,so as to transport more excellent talents for the industry and provide a strong guarantee for the innovative development of the automobile industry.
