摘 要:目的:观察Seminar(研讨式教学法)结合PBL教学法在中医类院校内科学教学中应用效果。方法:将某中医药大学2018级针灸推拿专业132名学生随机分为传统教学组、PBL教学组和Seminar结合PBL教学组,每组44人,授课内容均为西医内科学,传统教学组采用教师讲授为主的传统教学法,PBL教学组采用PBL教学法,Seminar结合PBL教学组采用Seminar+PBL教学法。以考试成绩及问卷反馈的形式评价教学效果。结果:与传统教学组和PBL教学组相比,Seminar结合PBL教学组学生在考试成绩、教学满意度、综合素质能力(自主学习动力、独立思考能力、分析解决问题能力、沟通交流能力)方面均有显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:Seminar结合PBL教学法能够提升教学效果,培养学生综合素质能力,促进教学质量的改善。Objective:To observe the application effect of Seminar combined with PBL teaching method in internal medicine teaching in the University of Chinese Medicine and provide relevant teaching ideas.Methods:132 students majoring in Acupuncture and Tuina at Anhui University of Chinese Medicine in 2018 were randomly divided into three groups with traditional teaching method,PBL teaching method and Seminar combined PBL,with 44 students in each group.The teaching content was internal medicine of Western medicine.The traditional teaching group adopted the traditional method based on lectures while the PBL teaching group used the PBL teaching method and the Seminar combined with the PBL teaching group the Seminar+PBL method.The teaching effects were reflected in the form of test scores and questionnaire feedback.Results:Compared with the traditional teaching group and PBL group,seminar combined with PBL teaching group had significant improvement in test scores,teaching satisfaction and comprehensive quality ability(autonomous learning motivation,independent thinking ability,problem-solving ability and communication ability)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seminar combined with the PBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect,cultivate students’comprehensive quality ability,and promote the improvement of teaching quality.It can provide a certain reference for internal medicine teaching in Chinese medicine colleges and provide a certain teaching reference for training modern compound Chinese medicine talents.
