摘　　要：加强师德师风建设是我国新时代教育事业发展的要求,针对当前高职院校艺术类专业师德师风建设存在的不足和师生特点,提出通过加强理想信念教育与政治理论学习、实施“课程思政”、强化纪律意识、营造包容的学术氛围以及制定科学有效的评价和奖惩机制的师德师风建设策略。Strengthening teachers’ professional ethics is the requirement of China’s education development in the new era. In view of the shortcomings in strengthening teachers’ professional ethics and the characteristics of teachers and students of art majors in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes to strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs and the study of political theory, input “ideological and political education” in course teaching, promote teachers’ sense of discipline, create an inclusive academic atmosphere, and formulate a scientific and effective evaluation methods and reward and punishment mechanisms.
