摘  要:认清经济全球化对外语专业人才培养体系建设提出的新要求,以新建地方本科院校发展特色为视点,通过对日语专业就业岗位需求与人才培养现状的差距分析,提出以强化语言实践应用能力为目标的日语专业人才培养体系,重点探讨了基于市场需求的“工学一体”式课程内容模块与强化应用素质能力训练的项目任务设计相结合的日语专业教学体系建设与实施方案,推动高校复合型日语人才培养方式的创新。The development of economic globalization has put forward new requirements for the establishment of the training system of foreign language professionals.In the view of the characteristics and requirements of newlybuilt local universities and by an analysis of the gap between the demand of Japanese professional employment and the current situation of training Japanese professionals,in this paper,we put forward a Japanese professional training system which focuses on cultivating students the ability of cross-cultural communication by aiming at enhancing their practical ability of foreign language application.We also put an emphasis on exploration of the establishment of Japanese teaching system and its implementation plan,trying to promote the innovation of Japanese major training mode in colleges and universities.
