新时代职业教育类型化发展的内涵、特征与实践路径

摘　　要：职业教育与普通教育是两种不同教育类型,具有同等重要地位。在新的时代背景下,明确职业教育类型化发展的内涵和特征,对于促进职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。基于职业教育发展的内外部规律分析其类型特征:从职业教育与社会发展关系的规律看,它具有社会性、区域性和全纳性;从职业教育与人的发展关系的规律看,它具有多元个性化、实践灵活性、跨界融合性。要适应职业教育类型特征、实现高质量发展,必须要构建与类型发展相适应的职业教育治理体系,建立与类型发展相协调的职业教育育人机制,实施与类型发展相促进的职业教育改革战略。Vocational education and general education are two different types of education that are equally important.Under the new era background,it is of great significance to clarify the connotation and features of the typed development of vocational education for promoting its high-quality development.This paper analyzes the type features of vocational education based on the internal and external laws governing vocational education development.It is social,regional and inclusive from the perspective of the laws of the relationship between vocational education and social development,and it is multi-individualized,practice-flexible and cross-field integrated from the laws of the relationship between vocational education and human development.In order to adapt to the type features of vocational education and realize high-quality development,it is essential to build a vocational education governance system that suits the typed development,establish a vocational education mechanism that coordinates with the typed development,and implement a vocational education reform strategy that promotes the typed development.
