摘　　要：培育与提炼"国培计划"典型案例有利于总结推广国培经验、引领教师培训不断走向规范,推动教师培训工作高质量发展。"国培计划"典型案例区别于一般的教学案例,具有其特定内涵、基本要素和鲜明特点。国培案例的培育要坚持系统性、实践性、理论性和创新性原则,国培案例的提炼应仔细研读评价标准、精准提炼关键要点、完整呈现要素内容。The typical case of cultivating and refining the "National Training Plan" is conducive to summing up promoting national training experience, leading teachers’ training to regulate, and promotes high quality development of teachers’ training. The "National Training Plan" typical case is distinguished in general teaching cases, with its specific connotation, basic elements, and distinctive features. The cultivation of national training cases should adhere to systematic, practical, theoretical and innovative principles. The refining of national training should be carefully studied under the standards of the evaluation, accurately refine the key points, and complete the contents of elements.
