摘 要:针对船岸距离信息误差所引起的逐年递增的靠泊事故率,本文提出了一种获取船舶离岸距离的方法。以船舶三维激光点云为基础,根据靠泊船舶点云数据的特点,建立了包含点云切割、降噪、筛选等方法的靠泊信息感知模型,用来提取靠泊船舶的多点离岸距离信息。本文使用“海洋岛”客滚轮靠泊点云数据对该方法的有效性进行了验证,模型输出的数据能反映船舶不同位置的离岸距离信息,帮助船长和引航员了解船舶在泊位的态势信息。验证结果证明:该方法能获取全面、精确的船岸距离信息,有助于船舶、拖轮采取合理的操作,提高船舶靠泊的安全系数。For the increasing rate of berthing accidents caused by the wrong ship-shore distance information every year,this paper proposes a method for obtaining the distance of ships away from the shore.According to the characteristics of the point cloud data of berthing ships,a berthing information perception model,including point cloud cutting,denoising,screening,and other methods,is established.The model can extract the distance information of berthing ships from the shore using a laser three-dimensional(3D)point cloud.The effectiveness of the method is evaluated on the berthing point cloud data of the“Ocean Island”Ro-Ro passenger.The output data of the model can reflect the offshore-distance information of different positions of ships.It can assist the captain and pilot in understanding the situation of the ship in berths.The evaluation results demonstrate that the method can obtain comprehensive and accurate ship-to-shore distance information.Moreover,they can help take reasonable actions for ships and tugboats and improve the safety level of ship berthing.
