摘 要:人才队伍的搭建及体系化管理是全面提高医院医、教、研水平的重要途径,也是医院提升竞争力的重要保障。人才招聘是医院强化人才队伍的主要方式,因此,做好各类型人才招聘工作是建设强有力的人才队伍的基础。该文以某大型三甲公立医院A的招聘流程及渠道为基础,对招聘所存在的客观问题进行分析,并提出改进意见。The establishment of a talent team and systematic management is an important way to comprehensively improve the level of hospital medicine,teaching and research,and it is also an important guarantee for hospitals to enhance their competitiveness.Talent recruitment is the main way for hospitals to strengthen the talent team.Therefore,doing a good job in recruiting various types of talents is the basis for building a strong talent team.Based on the recruitment process and channels of a large-scale tertiary-level public hospital A,this article analyzeed the objective problems existing in recruitment,and put forward suggestions for improvement.
