高职院校支援落后地区工作模式的发展过程探析

摘  要:在过去的二十年里,高职院校响应国家号召,以高度的历史使命感,一直致力于落后地区的支援工作,规模逐渐变大,虽然道路曲折,但能锐意创新,经验越发丰富,取得了较大的成效。文章根据高职院校支援工作历程的阶段性特征,从"对口支援"到"精准扶贫",细分为酝酿阶段、探索阶段、调整阶段、精准阶段等四个阶段。分别对四个阶段进行多方面论述,包括政策分析、工作模式、理论研究等,通过各发展阶段的对比,清晰展现高职院校支援工作的整个发展脉络,以此为高职院校支援落后地区,加强东西协作提供借鉴,并为后续的相关研究工作做铺垫。In the last two decades, higher vocational colleges have been committed to supporting the backward areas, the scale of which has gradually increased. Although supporting work was hard, they were determined to innovate. They have accumulated more and more experience, and have achieved great results. According to the stage characteristics of development, the paper divides the process of supporting work from higher vocational colleges into four stages: brewing stage, exploration stage, adjustment stage and precision stage, covering "partner assistance" to "targeted poverty alleviation" project. The paper discusses the four stages from various aspects,including policy analysis, working mode, theoretical research, etc., which clearly shows the whole development process of supporting work from higher vocational college, and can be a reference for higher vocational colleges to support backward areas, strengthen collaboration between Eastern and Western China, and pave the way for subsequent related research work.
