摘　　要：针对人才培养方案开发过程中遇到的量化分析难和目标体系有效对接难的问题,设计了目标体系分解与平衡方法和关系矩阵工具。从宏观、中观、微观三个层面和实施保障方面构建了职业能力、培养规格、课程设计、保障条件“四位一体”的目标体系总体设计和详细设计,达到了人才培养方案目标体系层层落实的效果,并基于“四位一体”的目标体系,采用数据库设计技术构建了人才培养方案信息模型,为后续人才培养方案的量化分析、诊断与改进提供支撑。Aiming at the problems of quantitative analysis and effective connection of goal system encountered in the development of talent training program, a method of “decomposition and balance of goal system” and the tool of “relational matrix” are designed. In addition, the overall design and detailed design of the “four-in-one” goal system of “professional ability, training specification, curriculum design and guarantee conditions” are constructed from the macro, meso and micro levels as well as implementation guarantee. The model achieves the goal of implementing the goal system of talent training program at all levels, and based on the “four-in-one” goal system, the information model of talent training program is constructed by using database design technology, which provides a strong support for the quantitative analysis, diagnosis and improvement of subsequent talent training program.
