摘　　要：《限制商品过度包装要求食品和化妆品》(GB 23350—2021)于2021年8月10日发布,将于2023年9月1日正式实施。2021版标准规定了食品和化妆品过度包装的要求、检测和判定规则。文章介绍该标准中的主要变化内容,并结合茶叶过度包装的限制要求进行解析和举例分析,以帮助茶叶企业理解掌握并提前适应标准新变化。"Requirements of Restrictions on Excessive Package Foods and Cosmetics(GB 23350—2021)" was released on 10 th August, 2021 and will be implemented formally on 1 st September, 2023. In this article, the main points in this national standard were introduced and the requirements for tea excessive packaging combined with some understandable examples were also pointed out, which would be useful for tea enterprises to grasp and adapt to the requirements of this new national standard in advance.
