摘 要:目的了解助听后听障儿童言语可懂度研究现状,为未来相关研究提供参考。方法采用文献分析法,以“hearing impairment”“speech intelligibility“”听障儿童“”言语可懂度”等为关键词,借助布尔逻辑运算符在EBSCO、ScienceDirect、中国知网、万方数据等国内外期刊数据库进行检索,同时采用文献追踪法补充文献,对符合筛选标准的文献具体研究属性进行定量分析。结果获得听障儿童言语可懂度相关文献101篇,剔除无关文献后,最终获得28篇符合要求的研究文献,外文22篇、中文6篇。从研究数量与起始时间、测试材料、判分者数量、研究内容、研究对象、影响因素等维度进行总结分析,系统述评了研究文献,初步掌握了国内外听障儿童言语可懂度研究现状。结论国外听障儿童言语可懂度研究呈现研究内容和测试材料丰富、研究对象多元化等特点;而国内研究呈现起步晚、测试材料缺乏、研究对象单一等特点。未来研究应在测试内容与工具、不同研究对象特征分析、影响因素等方面重点关注。Objective To understand the research status of speech intelligibility of hearing-impaired children at home and abroad,and provide reference for future related research.Method By using the method of literature analysis,with the keywords of“Hearing impairment”,“Speech intelligibility”,“Hearing-impaired children”,“Speech intelligibility”and so on,the Boolean logic operators were used to conduct a preliminary search in EBSCO,ScienceDirect,CNKI,Wanfang Data and other domestic and foreign journal databases,and the literature tracking method was used to supplement the literature.A quantitative content analysis was conducted on the specific research attributes in the literature that met the screening criteria.Results A total of 101 articles about speech intelligibility of hearing-impaired children were obtained.Based on the purpose and principle of the study,irrelevant articles were eliminated.Finally,28 research documents that met the requirements were obtained,22 in foreign languages,and 6 in Chinese.This paper analyzes the research quantity and starting time,test materials,the number of judges,research contents,research objects and influencing factors and systematically reviews the research literature,and preliminarily grasps the research status of speech intelligibility of hearing-impaired children at home and abroad.Conclusion Foreign research on speech intelligibility of hearingimpaired children is characterized by rich research contents,test materials and diversified research objects.However,the domestic research is charaterized by late start,lack of testing materials and content,single research object.Therefore,it is suggested that Chinese scholars should pay more attention to the test contents and tools,the analysis of the characteristics of different research objects,and the influencing factors in the future research.
