摘 要:目的探讨奥尔夫音乐干预联合绘本阅读对听障幼儿听觉、言语能力及情绪行为的影响。方法选取2019年11月~2020年10月我院收治的听障患儿76例,最终纳入研究对照组36例与观察组37例。对照组给予绘本阅读干预,观察组在此基础上联合奥尔夫音乐干预,两组均干预6个月后评估听觉能力、语言能力、情绪行为及社会适应能力。结果干预后,观察组自然环境声响、韵母、声母、声调、数字、单音节、双音节、三音节、短句等识别、选择性听取均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组语言清晰度、理解能力、表达能力、交往能力、语法能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组情绪状况、品行问题、多动/注意缺陷、同伴关系与困难总分低于对照组,亲社会行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组交往、作业、参加集体活动、自我管理、运动评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥尔夫音乐干预可改善听障患儿的听觉言语能力,同时对改善情绪行为、社会适应力具有积极作用。Objective To explore the effects of Orff music intervention combined with children’s picture books on hearing ability,language ability and emotional behavior of children with hearing impairment.Methods 76 children with hearing impairment treated in our hospital from Novermber 2019 to October 2020 were randomly clivided selected,and 36 cases were finally included in the control group and 37 cases in the obsercation group.The control group was given the children’s picture book intervention,and the observation group was combined with Orff music intervention on this basis.After 6 months of intervention,hearing ability,language ability and emotional behavior of the two groups were assessed.Results The observation group was better than the control group in natural environment sound recognition,vowel recognition,consonant recognition,tone recognition,number recognition,monosyllabic recognition,two-syllable recognition,three-syllable recognition,short sentence recognition and selective listening(P<0.05).The language clarity,comprehension ability,expression ability,communication ability and grammar ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of emotional symptoms,conduct problems,hyperactivity/attention deficit,peer relationship and difficulty in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of prosocial behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of communications,homework,participation in group activities,self-management and sports in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orff music intervention can improve the language ability and hearing ability of children with hearing impairment,and has a positive effect on improving their emotional behavior and social adaptation.
