摘 要:文章结合当今时代全球教育发展现状,运用CIPP模型和Delphi法系统设计了教育竞争力的评价指标体系,测算了38个国家的教育竞争力指数并使用聚类分析法进行了等级划分。结果表明:38个国家的教育竞争力指数呈现显著的空间差异性,由高到低呈现"欧洲—北美洲—大洋洲—亚洲—南美洲—非洲"的走向,中国教育竞争力指数居中;此外,中国教育竞争力水平与中国教育现代化和教育强国建设的要求仍有显著差距,亟待提高。Combined with the present situation of global education development, this paper designs the evaluation index system of educational competitiveness by using CIPP model and Delphi method, then calculates the educational competitiveness index of 38 countries and finally classifies them by cluster analysis. The results show that the educational competitiveness index of38 countries presents significant spatial difference, with a from-high-to-low trend to be“Europe—North America—Oceania—Asia—South America—Africa”, and China’s educational competitiveness index in the middle, and that there is still a significant gap between China’s educational competitiveness and the requirements of China’s education modernization and the construction of an educational power.
