“三全育人”理念下高职院校思政课课内实践教学研究--以湖北科技职业学院为例

摘　　要：通过实证研究,立足于湖北科技职业学院思政课课内实践教学现状,分析目前思政课课内实践教学存在的问题:教师辅导难以全部到位、学生的学习基础不一样、领悟能力不一、部分学生对教师所采用的新的教学模式适应能力较弱等。作为思政课教师应积极运用“三全育人”理念,从思政课课内实践教学的教学理念、模式、手段入手,整合校内外思想政治资源,探索思政课课内实践教学的改革创新路径,不断增强高职院校思政教育教学的思想性、实效性。Based on the present situation of practical teaching in ideological and political course in Hubei Science and Technology College,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching of ideological and political course at present,such as the difficulty of getting all the teachers'guidance,the different learning basis of students,the different comprehension ability,and the weak adaptability of some students to the new teaching mode adopted by the teachers.As a teacher of ideological and political course,we should actively apply the idea of"Three-wide education",start with the teaching idea,mode and means of practical teaching of ideological and political course,integrate the ideological and political resources inside and outside school,and explore the reform and innovation path of practical teaching in ideological and political course,strengthening the ideological and practical effect of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
