摘　　要：目的:研究环指蛋白181(ring finger protein 181,RNF181)、cyclin D1、Ki-67在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达水平及其临床病理学意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测83例NSCLC组织及癌旁组织中RNF181、cyclin D1、Ki-67的蛋白表达情况并分析其临床病理意义。结果:在NSCLC组织中RNF181主要定位于细胞浆,在肺癌组织中普遍低表达;cyclin D1、Ki-67主要定位于细胞核,在癌组织中相对高表达。不同肿瘤分化患者NSCLC组织中RNF181表达、cyclin D1阳性、Ki-67表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同局部淋巴结转移患者NSCLC组织中RNF181表达、cyclin D1阳性情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、性别、病理类型患者NSCLC组织中RNF181表达、cyclin D1阳性、Ki-67表达情况及不同局部淋巴结转移患者NSCLC组织中Ki-67表达情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NSCLC组织中RNF181表达与cyclin D1、Ki-67均呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.373、-0.417,P<0.001),cyclin D1与Ki-67表达水平呈正相关(r_(s)=0.526,P<0.001)。结论:RNF181在NSCLC组织中低表达,cyclin D1、Ki-67在NSCLC组织中高表达分别与肿瘤进展相关,并随肿瘤分化程度或局部淋巴结转移情况不同而存在差异,三者蛋白表达水平存在相关性。Objective:To study the expression levels and clinicpathological significance of ring finger protein 181 (RNF181),cyclinD1 and Ki-67 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Method:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of RNF181,cyclin D1 and Ki-67 in 83 cases of NSCLC and adjacent cancer tissues,and their clinicopathological significance was analyzed.Result:In NSCLC tissues,RNF181 was mainly located in the cytoplasm and generally low expression in lung cancer tissues;cyclin D1 and Ki-67were mainly located in the nucleus and relatively high expression in cancer tissues.There were significant differences in the expression of RNF181,cyclin D1 and Ki-67 in NSCLC tissues of patients with different tumor differentiation (P<0.05);there were significant differences in the expression of RNF181 and cyclin D1 in NSCLC tissues of patients with different local lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in RNF181 expression,cyclin D1 positive expression and Ki-67 expression in NSCLC tissues of patients with different age,sex and pathological classification and Ki-67 expression in NSCLC tissues of patients with different local lymph node metastasis (P>0.05).The expression of RNF181 in NSCLC was negatively correlated with cyclin D1 and Ki-67 (r_(s)=-0.373,-0.417,P<0.001),cyclin D1 was positively correlation with Ki-67 expression (r_(s)=0.526,P<0.001).Conclusion:The low expression of RNF181 in NSCLC tissues,the high expression of cyclin D1 and Ki-67 in NSCLC tissues are respectively related to tumor progression,they vary with the degree of tumor differentiation and local lymph node metastasis,and the expression levels of these three proteins are correlated.
