习近平青年观视域下高职订单班青春筑梦践行路径研究

摘　　要：本文基于习近平新时代青年观这一顶层理论框架,根植于机电专业订单班人才培养的实践,详实阐述了订单班“宏观理想信仰、中观品格实践、微观利益关照”三位一体践行机制,并且辅以订单班实操做法、阶段性成果及现实不足等分析,全面探讨了高职院校订单班培养德才兼备、情理兼修、知行合一、身心健康的人才培养模式,以期进一步优化订单班青春筑梦路径的育人实效。Based on the top-level theoretical framework of Xi Jinping’s View on Youth in the new era, and the practice of talents training of order classes in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering School, this paper expounds in detail the trinity of practical mechanism of macro-ideal and belief, median-character and practice,micro-benefit and care. The paper analyses practical methods, phased achievements and existing shortages,and comprehensively discusses the talents training mode that includes morality and ability, reason and sense,knowledge and practice, physical and mental health so as to further optimize the education practice of youth dream weaving path of order classes.
