摘　　要：为了满足上海市青少年科学创新实践项目的开展要求,同济大学交通运输工程实践工作站制订了12个科学创新课题的培养方案,通过介绍必要的基础知识、指导学生完成科学创新课题和科普参观体验等,以达到培养学生创新能力的目的。经过实践检验,该模式实施效果良好,具有推广应用价值。Following the requirements of the Shanghai Youth Scientific Innovation Practice Project,traffic and transportation engineering practice workstation of Tongji University has formulated 12 training programs for scientific innovation topics.By a series of activities such as the introduction of necessary basic knowledge,guiding students to complete scientific innovation topics,and visiting popular science,the purpose of cultivating students’innovative ability was achieved.After practical tests,the model has good effects and has the value of popularization and application.
