高职高专人力资源管理专业“课堂革命”的思考

摘　　要：本文从提升高职高专人力资源管理专业人才培养质量出发,厘清了“课堂革命”的内涵及“课堂革命”的必要性,并针对现行课堂存在的一些问题,提出了要以教师教育教学理念转变的“心灵革命”为引领,采取“内容革命”“方法手段革命”以及教师自身的“学习革命”等措施,回答了人力资源管理专业如何进行“课堂革命”的问题。In this paper,the connotation and necessity of“class reform”are clarified from the perspective of improving the training quality of professionals from the specialty of human resource management in higher vocational colleges.In view of some problems existing in the current classroom,the“innovation of educational philosophy”is proposed as a guideline,with the“enhancement of teaching contents”,the“optimization of teaching methods”and the“teachers’self-improvement”being carried forward respectively to respond to the“class reform”in the specialty of human resource management.
