摘  要:住院医师规范化培训是我国医师培养的一个重要阶段。住院医师规范化培训学员已经经历了学校理论学习和临床实习的阶段,已经具备了一定的医学基本理论知识。临床带教教师应重点帮助住培学员提高主动思维能力,培养善于发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力以及综合运用各学科知识的能力,并学会临床应用。目前,临床带教老师尝试各种各样的教学方法,以帮助外科住培学员在有限的时间里理解、掌握和应用医学基础理论、基本知识,加强基本技能训练。本基地结合临床实践尝试应用一分钟教学法,充分调动学员的主动性和积极性,有效提高教学效果。The standardized training of resident physicians is an important stage of physician training in China.Residential training students have experienced the stage of theoretical study and clinical practice in school,and have acquired certain basic theoretical knowledge of medicine.How to enable students to apply the theoretical knowledge of various subjects as soon as possible,analyze and solve problems,and improve the ability to think independently,find the answers by themselves and learn clinical application are the problems that teachers should focus on.At present,clinical instructors try various teaching methods to help surgical trainees master basic medical theories and knowledge,and strengthen their basic skills training in limited time.The implementation of the One-Minute Preceptor for surgical residents in our base can fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
