摘 要:目的 评估PBL加手术观摩教学方式应用于神经外科对应临床实习带教过程中的意义。方法 课题中将2018年3月—2020年6月于滨州医学院附属医院神经外科接受临床实习的40名实习生用作评价数据资料,予以组别构建之后分别纳入20名,构建组别方法是抽签方式。实验组选取PBL加手术观摩教学方式,参照组选取一般教学方式,计算不同方面具体考察分值结果、认为可增强及培养各个方面能力具体情况。结果 实验组理论知识、病例分析、实践操作方面考察分值结果评比参照组详细研究资料状况提升(P<0.05);实验组认为可增强自我学习能力人数、可培养临床思维能力人数、可培养理解分析能力人数、可培养团队协作能力人数比参照组详细研究资料状况提升(P<0.05)。结论 在神经外科对应临床实习带教过程中选择PBL加手术观摩教学方式得到较好带教效果。Objective to To evaluate the significance of problem-based learning(PBL) and operation observation teaching in neuro-surgery practice.Methods 40 interns from March 2018 to June 2020 in neurosurgery department of our hospital were used as evalu-ation data,and 20 interns were included in the group.The method of group construction was drawing lots.In the experimental group,PBL and operation observation were used,and in the control group,the general teaching method was used,and the scores were cal-culated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and practice in the experimental group were compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of the self-learning ability,the clinical thinking ability,the understanding and analysis ability and the team cooperation ability were improved( P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of PBL combined with operation observation teaching method is better in the course of corresponding clinical practice teaching in neuro-surgery.
