摘 要:目的 构建一个有效的高校护理专职教师临床实践模式。方法 自制访谈提纲,对山西省2所本科护理院校、2所三级甲等医院的8类人员(包括专职护理教师、教务处处长、教研室主任、护理部主任、护士长、护士、实习护生、医生)各1名进行团体焦点访谈并录音,随后对录音材料进行转录及编码。结果 高校护理专职教师临床实践涉及学习内容、实践时间、实践过程、报酬、结果考核、管理等6个维度。结论 本研究结果能够为接下来制定调查问卷,对高校护理专职教师展开大规模调查奠定基础,然后可以根据调查结果构建有效的高校护理专职教师临床实践模式。Objective To build an effective clinical practical mode of professional nursing teachers in colleges and universities.Methods Making a interview outline,with which doing a group focus interview to 8 persons who are selected from each of the 8 cat-egories people in 2 undergraduate nursing colleges and universities in Shanxi Province and 2 three levels of first-class hospitals(in-cluding a professional nursing teacher,a director of academic office,a department director,a director of nursing department,a head nurse,nurse,a practice nurse and a doctor) and taking it down,then transcribing the recording materials and coding.Results Clinical practice of professional nursing teachers in colleges and universities involves six dimensions,they cover learning content,practice time,practice process,remuneration,result assessment and management.Conclusion Research results can be developed a questionnaire to conduct a large-scale survey to professional nursing teachers in colleges and universities,and then according the conclusion an effective practice mode can be constructed.
