摘 要:本试验旨在研究米糠和乳酸菌制剂对柠条锦鸡儿青贮发酵品质及微生物多样性的影响,以期为改善柠条锦鸡儿青贮发酵品质和解决干旱地区饲草料短缺问题提供科学依据。试验设4个处理,分别为无添加(对照组)、添加5%米糠(RB组)、添加5%米糠+10;CFU/g商业植物乳杆菌(RB+LP组)和添加5%米糠+10;CFU/g植物乳杆菌LP694(RB+LP694组)。发酵60 d后,测定柠条锦鸡儿青贮的营养成分、发酵品质及微生物多样性。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,RB、RB+LP和RB+LP694组青贮饲料中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量均显著降低(P<0.05),RB和RB+LP694组青贮饲料中pH显著降低(P<0.05),RB+LP694组青贮饲料中氨态氮/总氮(NH;-N/TN)显著降低(P<0.05),RB、RB+LP和RB+LP694组青贮饲料中乳酸含量及乳酸/乙酸均显著提高(P<0.05)。2)RB+LP组Shannon指数和Chao1指数显著高于对照、RB和RB+LP694组(P<0.05)。3)各组青贮饲料中优势菌门均为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes),其次为变形菌门(Proteobacteria);优势菌属均为乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)。综上所述,本试验中,添加5%米糠+10;CFU/g植物乳杆菌LP694改善柠条锦鸡儿青贮发酵品质和微生物组成的效果最好。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of rice bran and lactic acid bacteria preparation on fermentation quality and microbial diversity of Caragana korshinskii silage,and to provide scientific basis on improve the fermentation quality of Caragana korshinskii silage and tackle the issue of forage shortage in arid areas.The experiment set 4 treatments:no addition(control group),added 5%rice bran(RB group),added 5%rice bran+10;CFU/g commercial Lactobacillus plantarum(RB+LP group)and added 5%rice bran+10;CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum LP694(RB+LP694 group).After 60 days of fermentation,the nutrient composition,fermentation quality and microbial diversity of Caragana korshinskii silage were determined.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in silage of RB,RB+LP and RB+LP694 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the pH in silage of RB and RB+LP694 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen(NH;-N/TN)in silage of RB+LP694 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the lactic acid content and lactic acid/acetic acid in silage of RB,RB+LP and RB+LP694 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).2)The Shannon index and Chao1 index of RB+LP group were significantly higher than those of control RB,and RB+LP694 groups(P<0.05).3)The dominant phyla in 4 groups were Firmicutes,followed by Proteobacteria;and the dominant genus was Lactobacillus.In conclusion,in this experiment,adding 5%rice bran+10;CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum LP694 has the best effect on improving fermentation quality and microbial composition of Caragana korshinskii silage.
