青年人体面劳动的相对困境与实践路径

摘　　要：体面劳动是社会主义劳动的本质特征,也是社会主义建设的实践基石。寻不到体面职业、守不住体面岗位和干不好体面工作是体面劳动的三大现实困境。西方思潮的冲击、狭隘观念的误导和惯性思维的束缚是造成体面劳动陷入相对困境的重要原因。"守正新思想、固牢安全感""纠偏价值观、增强获得感"和"革新旧思维、激活幸福感"是重建体面劳动的实践路径。Decent work is not only the essential feature of socialist labor,but also lays foundation for socialist construction. Three practical dilemmas of decent work include difficulties to find a decent job,to stay a decent job and to make achievements at such a job. Major causes for the dilemmas can be found from the impacts of Western thoughts,the misleading narrow ideas and the shackles of inertial thinking. Keep new ideas and enhance the sense of security,correct values and enhance the sense of achievements,and innovate old thinking and activate the sense of happiness are practical approaches to regaining decent work.
