摘　　要：基于1+X证书制度,探讨高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式。阐述1+X证书制度实施的重要意义,分析旅游管理专业人才培养存在专业课程教学与“X”证书培训融合度不足等问题,提出从创新旅游管理专业人才培养方案、重构旅游管理专业课程体系、更新课程标准及课程内容、强化教师能力建设、加强校企深度融合的实训基地建设、衔接“X”证书开展课程考核等方面提出建设旅游管理专业人才培养模式发展的相关建议,以期加快培养高素质技能人才。Based on the 1+X certificate system,this paper discusses the talent training mode of Tourism Management in higher vocational colleges.We explain the significance of the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,and analyze the problems of insufficient integration of professional curriculum teaching and“X”certificate training in the training of tourism management professionals.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the training mode of tourism management professionals from the aspects of innovating the training scheme of tourism management professionals,reconstructing the curriculum system of tourism management professionals,updating the curriculum standards and contents,strengthening the construction of teachers’ability and the construction of training base with the deep integration of colleges and enterprises,and connecting“X”certificates to carry out curriculum assessment,so as to speed up the training of high-quality skilled talents.
