摘　　要：为了建设现代化工匠型士官队伍,保障高技术下打赢能力,以工匠型士官的需求分析为切入口,详细分析了工匠型士官的培养目标,继而在精神培育、院校教育、岗位技能提升以及网络创新教育等方面深入探究了工匠型士官的培养模式,为我军工匠型士官的培养教育提供了参考。In order to build a modern team of craftsman-type non-commissioned officers,and ensure the ability to win wars under high-tech conditions,this paper,taking the demand analysis of the craftsman-type non-commissioned officers as the starting point,analyzes the training objectives of craftsman-type non-commissioned officers in detail.Then,the training mode of craftsman-type non-commissioned officers is deeply explored in the aspects of spiritual cultivation,college education,post skill improvement and network innovation education.It provides a reference for the training and education of the military craftsman-type non-commissioned officers.
