摘  要:目的了解客观结构化考核模式(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在护理本科实习生(以下简称护生)临床实践能力评价中的应用效果。方法以临床护理实践能力为主线,本院护理病例库为依托,构建OSCE方案,包括基础护理操作、专科护理操作、体格检查、护患沟通技巧、护理评估、护理病例书写6个考站,对224名护生进行考核,评价考核成绩、难度和区分度,并调查护生与教师对考核模式的评价情况。结果护生OSCE平均成绩为(71.75±3.60)分,呈正态分布(W=0.996,P>0.05)。平均难度为0.70,平均区分度为0.34。护生对OSCE平均满意度为89.96%;24名考官对OSCE平均满意度为93.18%。结论OSCE能够较为全面地评价护生临床实践能力,具有较好的可行性和有效性。Objective To investigate the effect of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in the evaluation of the ability of clinical practice in nursing undergraduates. Methods In this study, OSCE was employed to evaluate the ability of clinical nursing practice as the main line of study and the nursing cases as the subject study. 6 OSCE tests were evaluated in this study, they were basic nursing operation, specialised nursing operation, physical examination, nurse-patient communication capacity, nursing evaluation and nursing case writing. A total of 224 nursing undergraduate interns were assessed. Index items of difficulty, differentiation and satisfaction evaluation were scored. Results The average score of nursing students was (71.75±3.60), with normal distribution (W=0.996, P>0.05). The mean difficulty was 0.70 and the mean differentiation was 0.34. The average satisfaction to OSCE from the undergraduate nursing students was 89.96%. The average satisfaction to OSCE from the 24 examiners was 93.18%. Conclusions OSCE is a feasible and effective tool in evaluating the nursing undergraduates for the ability of clinical practice.
