摘　　要：本研究从外语学科核心素养的建构原则和内涵的双重维度探讨了外语课程所担当的育人功能,并从课程建设、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价等视角,提出了在外语教学中实现和优化育人功能需要遵循的基本原则和方法,为进一步发挥外语课程在国际化人才培养过程中的重要作用提供参考和借鉴。This paper analyzes the educational competencies of foreign language courses from the dual perspectives of the constructing principles and connotation of foreign language disciplines’core literacy.The authors then put forward some basic principles and methods in the practice and optimization of the educational competencies of foreign language education,in terms of course construction,teaching content,teaching methodology,and teaching assessment.The study is meant to provide reference for the important role of foreign language courses in the cultivation of internationalized talents.
