摘 要:完备的职业教育体系是国家职业教育快速平稳发展的基础。新加坡的职业教育体系在经过以生存为导向、以提升自身吸引力为目标和以终身教育理念为核心的三个发展阶段后,呈现出职业教育体系的结构变化与国家经济发展紧密相连、体系内部纵向衔接灵活且顺畅、各阶段过程完善、与国际接轨等特点。基于职业教育的类型属性,在借鉴新加坡职业教育体系特点的基础上,我国可以通过提高职业教育层次结构与国家对劳动力层次结构的适应性、将终身教育的理念融入职业教育体系中、完善职业教育体系内部相关招生考试制度等方式,建设具有中国特色的职业教育体系。A complete vocational education system is the basis for the rapid and stable development of national vocational education.Singapore's vocational education system has gone through three stages of development,which are survival oriented,aiming at improving its own attractiveness and focusing on the concept of lifelong education.It shows that the structural changes of the vocational education system are closely connected with the national economic development,the vertical connection within the system is flexible and smooth,the process of each stage is perfect,and it is in line with international standards.Based on the type attribute of vocational education and the characteristics of Singapore's vocational education system,China can adapt the hierarchical structure of vocational education to the national demand for the hierarchical structure of labor force,integrate the concept of lifelong education into the vocational education system,and improve the relevant enrollment and examination system within the vocational education system,so as to build a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.
