摘　　要：高职院校副学士学位的设置是职业教育类型化发展的必然趋势。就传统意义而言,高职院校副学士学位的设置有利于完善学位分级体制、破除制度性歧视,提高人才培养质量、畅通成长渠道,契合高等教育发展潮流、适应经济社会发展。但也存在着合法性身份缺失,法律保障缺位;管理制度供给不足,质量监控缺位;学历框架建设失衡,功能性发挥缺位等现实困境。新时代高等职业教育副学士学位设置的问题应从完善学位立法,保障类型定位;完善标准建设,确保类型属性;完善资历框架,贯通类型教育“立交桥”等方面系统推进。The establishment of associate degree in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable trend of the development of vocational education.In the tradition,the establishment of associate degree in higher vocational colleges is conducive to improving the degree system,eliminating the institutional discrimination,improving the quality of talent training,smoothing the growing path growth channels,and conforming to the development trend of higher education and adapting to economic and social development.But there are also the lack of legal identity,legal protection,management system supply,quality control and function and the imbalance of academic framework construction.The setting of associate degree in higher vocational education in the new era should be promoted systematically from the following aspects:perfecting degree legislation to ensure the type orientation,perfecting standard construction to ensure type attribute,improving the qualification framework to bridge the type of education.
